My Approach
I am an integrative therapist which is a combined approach to psychotherapy that brings together different elements of specific therapies. I use different therapeutic tools to fit the needs of each individual client. I am understanding, non judgemental, full of empathy and a very good listener. I don’t just listen to my clients I HEAR them.
I will collaborate with you on how to make the hard stuff easier to deal with. As a therapist I can help you to gain a fresh perspective on your problems and help you to understand what you can do to improve your coping skills to address issues/problems that you are currently facing.
